ABOUT ME

I am a Certified Health Expert aiming to contribute to the transformational results in the lives of clients through my Fitness Training and Nutrition Plan. I have spent over 10 years training different protocols, following various training plans, learning from the best coaches, working on various certifications and consistently evolving our methodologies to suit what is needed over what is flashy or distracting.

My personal past fitness transformation experience had inspired me to establish myself in the fitness industry. My focus never wavered. I did all of this with the goal of understanding the human body, challenging mainstream fitness and nutrition advice, applying and customising everything I learnt for different body types.

I've cleared a basic fitness trainer exam from reputed GMSA Academy. Later, I decided to take a regular course from a reputable university, so I earned the merit from BFY Fitness Academy's as "Certified Personal Trainer" and "Certified in Advanced Nutrition Trainer".
I continued to expand my horizon of fitness knowledge by learning various courses

My Transformational Story

The timeless lessons that my fitness journey taught me is that "Results don't happen overnight". It takes loads of patience, consistency, and focus to achieve best health.

In the beginning, I went to the gym to acquire weight with the right body composition because I was underweight. However, with time and the wrong advice from the fitness community, I gradually gained a lot of weight and developed an overweight condition.
I now had to put effort into losing weight and getting in shape (which was entirely contrary to why I started my journey in the first place), but this time with the right advice and under the supervision of a certified trainer, I did so.
This void in the fitness coach has made me consider going into the field full-time. My doors to becoming a fitness trainer were wide open as a result of the shocking statistic that just 10% of trainers overall are certified and experienced, especially in India. Srinivas sir - my first coach, all time inspiration - natural body builder and yoga practitioner at age 70
